Stellar AfricaGold Inc. has successfully completed a share issuance to settle $226,388 of debt, issuing over 9 million shares at $0.025 each to creditors, which is expected to enhance the company’s financial standing and support future equity financing efforts. The shares will be held for four months and a day, with final approval pending from the TSX Venture Exchange.
