Stellantis N.V. has successfully completed the second tranche of its 2024 Share Buyback Program on schedule, acquiring 51,025,628 common shares with a total spend of €1 billion. The detailed transactions between June 21 and June 26, 2024, resulted in a treasury holding of 81,500,174 common shares, representing 2.10% of the total issued share capital.
