Stellantis N.V. (IT:STLAM) has released an update.
Stellantis N.V. has successfully passed all shareholder resolutions at its Annual General Meeting, including a substantial EUR 4.7 billion dividend distribution, translating to EUR 1.55 per common share. Shareholders will see the dividends paid from 2023 profits, with a payment schedule set for early May 2024. Additionally, the company welcomed Claudia Parzani as a new non-executive director, while receiving a majority positive advisory vote on its 2023 Remuneration Report.
