Stellantis (IT:STLAM) has released an update.
Stellantis N.V. has actively pursued its share buyback program, repurchasing 18.79 million common shares for €358.2 million between June 14 and June 20, 2024, as part of its larger initiative to buy back €1 billion worth of shares by August 30, 2024. Following a shareholder resolution on April 16, the company has now cancelled 142.09 million common shares, reducing the total issued share capital to 1.80%, with 69.86 million shares held in treasury as of June 20.
