The company has requested a management cease trade order to prevent trading by its executives until the filings are complete, citing delays due to its subsidiary FoodsUp Inc. Despite the delay, Steer Technologies affirms that there are no significant disputes with their auditors and that they are not undergoing any insolvency proceedings.
