Steakholder Foods Ltd. has announced the postponement of its Annual General Meeting due to insufficient quorum, moving the event from June 6, 2023, to June 10, 2024. Shareholders who are verified holders of ordinary shares are still able to vote by proxy or in person, although the deadline for American Depositary Shares holders to submit voting instructions has passed.
