Corporate Travel Management Limited has announced that State Street Corporation and its subsidiaries have become substantial holders in the company, with a total voting power of 5.06% through ownership of 7,403,890 ordinary shares. The acquisition, which grants State Street Corporation significant influence in the travel management company, was finalized on June 11, 2024.
