State Gas Limited has announced the appointment of Doug McAlpine as a director on September 10, 2024, as per ASX listing rule 3.19A.1. McAlpine currently holds no direct shares but has an indirect interest in 160,475 ordinary shares through The Selwood Family Trust. There are no disclosed contracts that involve McAlpine’s interests in relation to the company.
