Starpharma Holdings Limited has announced a change in the interests of Director Cheryl Maley, who has acquired 125,000 ordinary shares on-market, with the transaction valued at approximately $0.115 per share. Post-acquisition, Maley’s direct interest in the company includes these shares along with 2,278,428 performance rights. There was no disposal of securities, and the transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
