Starlight Culture Entertainment Group Limited has announced plans for a capital reorganization that will see a consolidation of every ten existing shares into one consolidated share, followed by a capital reduction to adjust the par value. This reorganization is subject to shareholder approval and other conditions. Additionally, the company proposes changing the board lot size from 500 existing shares to 2,000 new shares, post-reorganization, which would equate to a board lot value of HK$3,500 based on the current share price.
