Starhill Global REIT has issued over 1.6 million new units to its manager as partial payment of the management fee for Q1 2024, with the remainder paid in cash. The units were priced based on the average trading price over the preceding 10 business days. This transaction increases the total issued units of Starhill Global REIT and the manager now holds approximately 2.75% of the total.
