Starhill Global Real Estate Investment Trust has issued over 1.5 million new units to its manager, YTL Starhill Global REIT Management Limited, as partial payment for management services. The units, issued at S$0.495 each, cover the base management fee for the second quarter of 2024, with the remainder paid in cash. This strategic move increases the total units in issue to over 2.26 billion and the manager’s stake to approximately 2.81%.
