Starbox Group Holdings Ltd. has entered into a share sale agreement for the purchase of 100,000 shares, constituting the entirety of Rainbow Worldwide Co., Ltd.’s issued and paid-up share capital. The agreement details the terms and conditions under which the shares will be transferred from the current owners to IRACE Technology Limited. This strategic acquisition is set to complete on a mutually agreed closing date, enhancing Starbox Group’s investment portfolio.
