Star Royalties Shareholders Re-elect Directors

Star Royalties (TSE:STRR) has released an update.

At Star Royalties Ltd.’s recent annual and special shareholders’ meeting, all seven director nominees were successfully re-elected, with strong majority votes in favor for each candidate. The company also confirmed the appointment of KPMG LLP as external auditors and the approval of the Omnibus Plan, both receiving overwhelming support from the shareholders.
