Star Minerals Ltd. has secured commitments to raise $264,000 by placing shares at $0.03 each, paired with options exercisable at $0.06, and seeks an additional $300,000 through a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) on similar terms. The funding is aimed at advancing the Tumblegum South Gold Project and the West Bryah Gold Base Metals Project, covering costs from target generation to general corporate expenses. The options will be listed on the ASX post-SPP, subject to meeting quotation conditions.
