Star Minerals Ltd. (AU:SMS) has released an update.
Star Minerals Ltd. has successfully raised $240,000 through a share purchase plan (SPP), as part of a broader fundraising effort that also included a placement raising $264,000, totaling $504,000 for the mining company. The funds are earmarked for the development of the Tumblegum South Gold Project and the West Bryah Gold Base Metals Project, as well as for general working capital. Shareholder approval is sought for the issue of options and shortfall shares, with a general meeting scheduled for 15 July 2024.
