Star Asia Investment Corporation (SAR) has fully redeemed its mezzanine loan debt, which was secured by beneficiary interests in a non-recourse loan against GK Daiban Hotel One, with hotel androoms Shin-Osaka as the underlying real estate. This redemption represents the eighth out of nine mezzanine loan debt investments SAR has executed to date. The transaction has been deemed to have an insignificant impact on SAR’s forecasted operating results for the upcoming fiscal periods.
