This move is expected to bolster SAR’s asset size to 276.5 billion yen and contribute to portfolio diversification with a reduction in the average portfolio building age. The new properties, to be managed by the experienced Polaris Group, will adhere to a rent model combining fixed and variable components, optimizing revenue in line with the group’s efficient operational approach.
