Stantec (TSE:STN) has released an update.
At Stantec Inc.’s annual general meeting, all nine director nominees were elected, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was reappointed as the company’s auditor, and shareholders endorsed the executive compensation approach. Over 75% of outstanding shares were represented, with strong support for all management recommendations indicated by high percentages of votes in favor across the board.
