Standard Lithium Set for Major DOE Lithium Project Funding

Standard Lithium Ltd. and its partner Equinor have been selected by the U.S. Department of Energy for award negotiations up to $225 million for their South West Arkansas lithium project, aiming to bolster domestic battery supply chains. The funding is intended to support the construction of a Central Processing Facility capable of producing 22,500 tonnes of lithium carbonate annually. This project is poised to significantly impact local communities through job creation and various developmental programs.
