Standard Chartered PLC has awarded 3,306,668 conditional rights over shares to its employees as part of the 2021 Standard Chartered Share Plan, with no purchase price upon vesting. These rights will vest within 3 months to 5 years, subject to continued service and compliance with risk and conduct policies, featuring malus and clawback provisions. The grant, not including directors or substantial shareholders, respects the company’s issuance limits and complies with the transitional arrangements of new listing rules.
