Standard Chartered PLC has actively engaged in a share buy-back program, repurchasing 1,652,477 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 773.60 to 784.20 GB pence per share. The bank plans to cancel the acquired shares, which will decrease the total number of shares in issue and consequently the total voting rights. This move is part of a larger buy-back strategy previously announced and is executed within regulated parameters.
