Standard Chartered (GB:STAN) has released an update.
Standard Chartered PLC has executed a share buyback on September 11, 2024, purchasing 1,564,950 of its own shares at prices ranging from 750.20 to 760.40 GB pence per share, with the intention to cancel them. This move is part of a previously announced program and will result in a total of 2,510,805,798 ordinary shares in issue, with an equal number of voting rights post-cancellation.
