Standard Chartered (GB:STAN) has released an update.
Standard Chartered PLC has executed a share buy-back on June 21, 2024, purchasing 1,071,789 of its own shares at the London Stock Exchange, with the intent to cancel them to adjust the company’s voting rights structure. The transaction is part of a previously announced buy-back program from February 2024, and the shares were acquired through J.P. Morgan Securities plc at a price range between 718.4000 and 731.8000 pence per share.
