Standard Chartered (GB:STAN) has released an update.
Standard Chartered PLC has completed its share buy-back program, repurchasing 650,144 shares on June 25, 2024, for a total spend of approximately US$1 billion. Shares were bought at prices ranging from 725.6 to 736.0 pence per share, concluding the program announced on February 26, 2024. The company plans to cancel these shares, which will reduce the total number of voting rights in SC to 2,551,790,045.
