Standard Chartered has announced a reshuffle in its Board of Directors, effective from November 2, 2024, with José María Viñals Iñiguez as the Non-executive Chairman and William Thomas Winters as the Group Chief Executive. The Board is comprised of a mix of Executive and Independent Non-Executive Directors, including Lincoln Leong Kwok Kuen, who will join as an Independent Non-Executive Director. This change reflects the company’s strategic focus on strengthening governance and leadership.
