Stakeholder Gold (TSE:SRC) has released an update.
Stakeholder Gold Corp. successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $1.7 million CAD through the sale of 1.7 million units at $1 each, with proceeds aimed at funding their exploration and quartzite business ventures in the Yukon and Brazil. Each unit includes a common share and a half warrant, which allows the purchase of an additional share at $1.50 within two years. The financing initiative has seen participation from an insider and is pending final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
