Staffline Executes Share Buy-back, Updates Total Shares

Staffline (GB:STAF) has released an update.

Staffline Group PLC has reported the buy-back of 804,449 ordinary shares at a uniform price of 36.00p per share, which have been cancelled, resulting in a revised total of 143,766,432 shares in issue. This action falls under the authorization granted at the company’s Annual General Meeting and aligns with the share buy-back plan announced previously. Shareholders may use this new total as the basis for assessing changes in their ownership interest.
