Stack Capital Group Inc. successfully completed the main tranche of its private placement, raising $15.8 million. The offering, conducted with the help of several financial institutions, is part of a larger $16.7 million financing plan. The proceeds will be used for corporate purposes and investments following Stack Capital’s principles.
