S&T Holdings Ltd. (HK:3928) has released an update.
S&T Holdings Limited has successfully completed a restructuring of its intermediate controlling shareholder’s shareholding, as previously announced on September 25, 2024. The reorganisation resulted in Mr. Chang, a controlling shareholder and executive director, holding a 20% indirect stake through Scholar Global, while Mr. Ho directly controls an 80% stake in Alpine Treasure, which in turn owns 75% of S&T Holdings’ total issued share capital.
