St. Barbara Ltd. has announced promising results from their Cochrane Hill Deeps exploration program in Nova Scotia, with all three diamond drill holes intersecting visible gold and extending gold mineralization significantly beyond previous drilling depths. Despite the Cochrane Hill East and West programs sterilizing the shear zone for near-surface gold, the existing 690 Koz Mineral Resource at Cochrane Hill will proceed to updated mine and infrastructure planning. The project’s deep exploration revealed gold assays with high-grade intervals, indicating potential but limited extensions to the mineral resource at depth.
