St. Barbara Ltd. (AU:SBM) has released an update.
St. Barbara Ltd. is collaborating with Natural Forces to investigate the creation of a renewable energy hub at the decommissioned Touquoy Gold Mine in Nova Scotia. The companies will conduct a feasibility study on a closed-loop pumped hydro energy storage system and solar photovoltaics at the site. This initiative, if successful, could significantly contribute to Nova Scotia’s renewable energy goals by providing a sustainable and reliable source of stored energy.
