St. Barbara Director Increases Shareholding

St. Barbara Ltd. (AU:SBM) has released an update.

St. Barbara Limited has announced a change in the number of shares held by Director Ms. Kerry Jo-Anne Gleeson. Following an on-market purchase, Ms. Gleeson now holds a total of 71,397 fully paid ordinary shares, an increase from her previous holding of 34,361 shares. The shares were acquired at a price of $0.26 per share, reflecting an active interest in the company’s equity by one of its directors.
