SSR Mining has announced an amendment to its Proxy Statement concerning its upcoming Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on May 23, 2024. The amendment modifies the ‘Change of Control’ definition in the company’s Share Compensation Plan, following proxy advisor recommendations, without affecting other meeting agenda items. The Plan, now capped at 5 million common shares and expiring in 2027, awaits the Toronto Stock Exchange’s conditional approval.
