SSP Group plc has announced a block listing application for 3.3 million ordinary shares, which are set to be admitted to the London Stock Exchange on December 9, 2024. These shares will support various employee share schemes, including the SSP Long Term Incentive Plan. Once issued, they will hold equal status with the company’s existing shares.
