SSE (GB:SSE) has released an update.
SSE plc has announced that as of September 30, 2024, their total voting rights amount to 1,105,476,426, excluding the 2,968,259 ordinary shares held in treasury, which do not carry voting rights. Shareholders can use this number as a reference for declaring changes in their interests as per the FCA’s rules.
