SSE CEO to Retire as Company Seeks Successor

SSE plc has announced the upcoming retirement of its long-time Chief Executive, Alistair Phillips-Davies, after leading the company for over 11 years. During his tenure, Phillips-Davies transformed SSE into a leader in clean energy, significantly expanding its operations across the UK, Ireland, and selected overseas markets. The company is now embarking on a comprehensive search for his successor to continue its strategic focus on networks, renewables, and sustainable growth.
