SQM Plans to Issue Senior Unsecured Notes

Sociedad Quimica Y Minera SA (SQM) has released an update.

Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile S.A. (SQM) has announced plans to issue senior unsecured notes, primarily to refinance existing debt and support general corporate activities, including their capital expenditures program. The offering targets qualified institutional buyers in the U.S. and international investors, excluding the retail sector in the European Economic Area and the U.K. The notes will not be registered under the U.S. Securities Act or any state securities laws, and are subject to market conditions and other factors.
