Sprout Social, Inc. is set to welcome Ryan Barretto as its new Chief Executive Officer starting October 1, 2024. In anticipation of his leadership role, the Board has appointed him as a Class III director, effective the same date. His term will extend until the 2025 annual stockholders’ meeting, increasing the Board’s members to eight.
