Sprout Social (SPT) has issued an announcement.
Justyn Howard will be stepping down as CEO of Sprout Social, Inc. on October 1, 2024, transitioning to Executive Chair of the Board. Ryan Barretto, the company’s current President, is set to take over as CEO. Barretto, with a robust background that includes key roles at Salesforce.com and educational credentials from Wilfrid Laurier University and the University of Strathclyde, is also expected to join the Board. Financial details regarding the new appointments will be disclosed in a future report, and there are no familial or transactional conflicts of interest disclosed in relation to Barretto’s appointment.
