Sprinklr, Inc. has elevated Trac Pham to Co-Chief Executive Officer alongside Ragy Thomas, effective June 5, 2024. Pham, previously the Interim Chief Operating Officer and Board member, will co-lead with Thomas, the founder, and will receive a $500,000 salary, a matching potential bonus, and a $15 million restricted stock unit award. The company has concluded its search for a President and Chief Operating Officer with Pham’s appointment and outlined the compensation and severance details for both co-CEOs, aligning with standard employee benefits and confidentiality agreements.
