Sprinklr Announces CRO Paul Ohls’ Resignation and Transition Plan

Sprinklr (CXM) just unveiled an announcement.

Sprinklr, Inc. announced the resignation of their Chief Revenue Officer, Paul Ohls, effective February 5, 2024. Ohls will transition to an advisory role until March 16, 2024, maintaining his salary and benefits. He is also set to receive a separation payment, annual bonuses for fiscal years 2024 and 2025, and COBRA coverage costs for three months post-transition, subject to the terms of a Transition Agreement and a release of claims. Ohls will continue to uphold obligations such as confidentiality following his departure.
