Springworks Therapeutics (SWTX) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.

L. Mary Smith resigned as Chief Development Officer of SpringWorks Therapeutics due to family commitments, effective January 31, 2024, with no disputes involved. Post-resignation, she’ll serve as a Senior Strategic Advisor, with compensation at $300 per hour plus expenses. Additionally, she’ll receive certain accrued and severance benefits, including a health plan contribution for up to six months, along with a release and waiver of claims against the company.
