Rome Resources Plc has reported a change in the breakdown of voting rights following Spreadex LTD crossing a threshold on August 1, 2024. Spreadex, a UK-based, FCA-regulated firm known for spread betting and CFD trading, now holds a total of 1.6335% of voting rights in Rome Resources. This shift marks a significant decrease from their previous notification position of 7.2104% in the company.
