Oracle Coalfields (GB:ORCP) has released an update.
Oracle Power PLC has notified its shareholders that Spreadex LTD has altered its stake in the company, resulting in a combined total of 5.13% of voting rights through shares and financial instruments, an increase from the previous notification. The threshold was crossed on October 4, 2024, and the change was officially reported to Oracle Power on October 7, 2024. Spreadex, a UK-based, FCA regulated financial trading company, now holds over 382 million voting rights in Oracle Power.
