The notification details a change in Spreadex’s total voting rights in Oncimmune, crossing a threshold on June 13, 2024, with Spreadex now holding a total of 6.076% of voting rights after the acquisition. This change in financial instrument holdings reflects Spreadex’s increased interest in the biotechnology firm.
