Spotify’s 2024 AGM Concludes with Key Approvals

Spotify (SPOT) has released an update.

Spotify Technology S.A. successfully conducted its 2024 Annual General Meeting, where key decisions were made including the approval of the annual accounts and consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023. Shareholders voted in favor of the proposed director remuneration for 2024 and the appointment of Ernst & Young as the independent auditor for the next fiscal year. The meeting also saw the election of board members and the authorization for document execution in compliance with Luxembourg laws.
