Julius Ivancsits has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of Splash Beverage Group, Inc., starting from April 24, 2024. Bringing a wealth of experience from previous CFO roles at companies like HEXO Corporation and Goba Capital, Ivancsits joins the team with a strong background in financial leadership. He has no reported related person transactions exceeding $120,000 or family ties within the company. As part of his compensation, Ivancsits will receive a $325,000 annual salary, potential bonuses, and options for 750,000 shares of the company’s common stock, vesting over three years.
