Spirit Technology Solutions Ltd has reported a significant change in the holdings of director Shan Shamsher Kanji, who has indirectly acquired 320 million shares at 5 cents per share, amounting to a total of $16 million. This transaction, part of a placement approved by shareholders, has increased Kanji’s indirect holdings to over 459 million shares through 263 Finance Pty. Limited, as well as maintaining 6,149,608 shares held through Blackanco Nominees Pty Ltd.
