Spirit Blockchain Capital Inc. is set to boost its financial muscle by raising up to $2.5 million through a non-brokered private placement of units and convertible promissory notes, aiming to fund general and administrative expenses. The offering includes up to 10 million units at $0.05 each, accompanied by warrants, and notes with a 7.5% annual interest, convertible into common shares at varying prices over time. The initial tranche will see the issuance of 200,000 units and notes totalling $50,000.
